The Smith & Wesson Model 36 (also known as the Chiefs Special) is a revolver chambered for .38 Special. It is one of several models of J-frame revolvers. It was introduced in 1950, and is still in production in the classic blued Model 36 and the stainless steel Model 60.

Smith And Wesson Model 66 357 MAGNUM. The K-Frame revolver is one of the most important innovations in Smith & Wesson history and was built specifically to handle the .38 S&W Special cartridge. Since its introduction in 1899, the K-Frame has been a favorite for military and police professionals as well as target shooters and enthusiasts. Today’s K-Frame is available in .22 LR, .357 Magnum and .38 S&W Special.

This is a Harrington & Richardson double action revolver chambered in the .22 Magnum caliber. The revolver features a blued steel barrel, frame and 6-shot cylinder. The left side of the frame is marked “H&R Inc. Gardner, Mass. U.S.A.”. The left side of the barrel is marked “Model 649 22 Cal. Made in U.S.A.”.
